My name is Connor Rouan, LC, I am the CEO of SiteWorx, and I make pragmatic greentech products that protect the environment. I began my career in the lighting industry in 2015 while still in college, working as a lighting designer. After graduating with my MS in Engineering Management, I worked as an application engineer supporting system specification, sales, and implementations. I earned my Lighting Certification in 2020 and shortly thereafter continued my career with Digital Lumens as their Director of Application Engineering. I joined SiteWorx upon its inception in 2023, starting as the Director of Commercial Operations before being promoted to COO later in the year. I was then promoted to CEO in late 2025. I am skilled in corporate finance and operations management, to include manufacturing and logistics. I love being outdoors and spending time running, skiing, biking, hiking, and swimming. At SiteWorx, we build software that helps industrial users reduce energy waste - primarily though lighting controls today, that will expand into broader features to reduce waste of water, compressed air, gas, electricity, and steam.
